Metal Konstruktor offer supports and construction services for warehouse, green houses and/or any project where you want to use composite materials.
PRODUCTION PROCESS
For the production of fiberglass materials, the process of pultruction is used - the transfer of glass materials, soaked with resin through heated gratings. On the grids, a thermoreactive resin polymerization process occurs. At the exit, a fully formed profile of the given shape and dimensions is obtained. The length of the product is unlimited and is defined by the needs of the customer or transport possibilities. The technology of pultruction allows to obtain profiles from composite materials of complex shapes with high precision dimensions at favorable prices.

Glass fiber is clearly superior to steel. Previously, the material was unfortunately very expensive. We now offer a mature glass fiber mooring system at conditions that need not shy away from direct comparison. It is time for this material to become more widely accepted.
